Blush Beauty was first imagined when I was at SAIT. I did a branding project for a cosmetic company, however, back then I didn’t fully understand branding or how to best showcase the look and feel of a brand. I still loved the idea, as a huge makeup lover myself.
So I decided it needed a well deserved upgrade.
I focused on creating a brand that was natural, gentle and welcoming. Light and warm colors were used to be inviting and fitting for the name.
A big factor for me was that I wanted to be inclusive. Too many companies only showcase one skin tone or gender. When I built this brand that says anyone, I made sure to include everyone.
